As a teacher, I would like to suggest adding a "Session Tally Section" on the dashboard to make it easier to track missed and compensated classes. At the moment, it becomes difficult to manually keep track of cancelled sessions and pending compensations, especially when handling multiple students. This section could include: Student-wise overview showing: 1. Number of sessions cancelled (by student or teacher) 2. Number of add-back (compensation) classes completed 3. Number of add-backs still pending 4. “Completion Score / Efficiency Meter” - just like the others on our dashboard, which will help to game-up teachers' performance. 5. Pending compensation alerts: helping us ensure no session is left uncovered 6. Income Tracking & Motivation: Add-backs = extra earning opportunities or adding credits on the debit of cancellation by teacher With all of these Add-back tracking features for teachers, we can see how many extra sessions we’ve taken to compensate or support students.
