Suggesstion for adding a minutes drop down option in the leaves menu

kindly add a minutes drop down menu to the leaves menu as because it becomes difficult to take leaves at a particular time and my TSM had to take the load for this which I hate to let her take such small task as she has a lot of work too. So please add this into the leave menu.
