The PTM eating into the students learning time.

There has to be 30 mins set aside once a month or 45 days , or when the child completes a milestone for PTM, instead of eating into the 30 mins of learning the child has.

a meeting doesnt take more than 5-10 min, also, taking out 5-10 min once in 30-45 days won't affect the child's learning. :)
